<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>个人化调整方案</strong><br>陈女士其后开始一个个人化的生活调整计划，结合放松性的能量共振体验，以及营养和生活习惯方面的建议。饮食方面着重增加蛋白质和优质油脂，减少精制碳水、薯片和汽水。她长期服用的血压及胆固醇药物，一直由其主诊医生跟进；任何药物调整均由医生决定，本中心并不提供药物或处方相关建议。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>改善情况</strong><br>在这段期间，陈女士表示自己感觉较为轻松，腹胀及水肿的感觉有所减少，膝部的不适感亦比之前缓和。她形容精神状态有所改善，并重新投入喜爱的活动，现时能较自在地进行 pickleball 等运动。以上为她个人的主观分享，每个人的情况及感受均有不同。</p>
