<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>個人化調整方案</strong><br>陳女士其後開始一個個人化的生活調整計劃，結合放鬆性的能量共振體驗，以及營養和生活習慣方面的建議。飲食方面著重增加蛋白質和優質油脂，減少精製碳水、薯片和汽水。她長期服用的血壓及膽固醇藥物，一直由其主診醫生跟進；任何藥物調整均由醫生決定，本中心並不提供藥物或處方相關建議。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>改善情況</strong><br>在這段期間，陳女士表示自己感覺較為輕鬆，腹脹及水腫的感覺有所減少，膝部的不適感亦比之前緩和。她形容精神狀態有所改善，並重新投入喜愛的活動，現時能較自在地進行 pickleball 等運動。以上為她個人的主觀分享，每個人的情況及感受均有不同。 </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">AWRTC 源・意識科學資源及培訓中心定期舉辦「SPS 脊椎螺旋鏈穩定技術工作坊」。作為 AWRTC 的特色重點工作坊之一，多年來已協助不少參加者重新認識身體螺旋肌肉鏈的運作與身體穩定的重要性，改善因肌肉失衡及姿勢問題所帶來的不適。這項技術亦有助改善姿勢、提升身體協調性，以及建立更穩定的身體運作模式。</p>
